Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

• You can return or exchange any product within 7 days of delivery.

• Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

• If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will replace it at no extra cost.

Process

1. Email us at info@sattvica.co.in with your order number and the issue.

2. Our team will review and approve your request within 24–48 hours.

3. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or share the return shipping steps.

4. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days after we receive the product.

Exchanges
We offer easy exchanges for any product as long as it is returned undamaged and unopened.

Exceptions

• Products that are opened or used cannot be refunded for hygiene reasons.

• Sale items are eligible for exchange only.
